Drug-Induced Sexual Dysfunction Drug-Induced Sexual Dysfunction (DISD) is a common but often underreported side effect of many medications. The evaluation of DISD is challenging due to the subjective nature of sexual response in humans. Differences in study design have produced widely varying rates of sexual dysfunction in normal or control populations.
